In Afro-Caribbean tradition, Bembé means gathering with rhythm, drums, music, community, joy.

Dulce Bembé is that same energy, made with almond and coconut flour, allulose, and real ingredients. Desserts that feel good, not just in the moment, but after, too.

Made with love. For those who have had to say "no, thanks" at dessert time and for those who now choose to care for themselves without giving up pleasure.

I’m based in Central Florida and operate under the Florida Cottage Food Law.

All desserts are prepared in a home kitchen, not a commercial facility.

Everything is adapted with my own recipe and made with intention and love.

• Pickup: Order pickup is available exclusively at our scheduled markets and events. Specific pickup locations, dates, and times are detailed on our Markets & Events page and in the order form. Pickup has no additional cost.

• Local delivery: Available in certain areas for an additional fee. The process works as follows:

  1. You place your order and pay 100% of the product value.

  2. Within 24 - 48 hours, we send you a payment link with the exact delivery cost based on your location.

  3. You have 48 hours to pay the delivery fee.

  4. If you pay, delivery is confirmed. If you do not pay within 48 hours, your order is canceled and you receive a 100% refund of the product value.

Yes, 100% full payment is required to confirm your order. This payment is non-refundable and secures your production slot. Your order is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Almond flour, coconut flour, and allulose are my base. Each dessert comes with its full ingredient list and allergens. 

Common allergens that may be present: eggs, nuts, milk and coconut.

Important: All my desserts are made with gluten-free ingredients and no added sugar. Since I do not conduct laboratory testing, I do not use the FDA-regulated 'Gluten-Free' or 'Sugar-Free' seals.

They can be enjoyed at room temperature and have a shelf life of 5 to 7 days when stored properly.

They can also be frozen (if you don’t eat them first 😋).

No, all orders are final sale.
