When my spouse, who lives with diabetes, came into my life, I realized how hard it was to find delicious desserts that were sugar free and made with low glycemic impact ingredients… and that need became my motivation. Since finding treats that truly cared for us wasn’t easy, the desire to create a space where those flavors could exist naturally appeared.

Dulce Bembé was born from my love for sweets, the wish to care without raising blood sugar, and the desire to create low carb, sugar free desserts made right here in Central Florida.
